A: You have 2 options for contracting your app development project. You can work with a freelance programmer or with a professional app development firm like ArcApps. You should do the research to determine which is best for your situation, however we recommend you work with a company like ArcApps. Why? You won’t find the experience and depth of knowledge required if you work with a freelancer.
